NOTW- Apricot Passion

 

 

Ecco qui le mie unghie per la settimana. Non è una cosa difficile e nemmeno da perderci tanto tempo dato che devo concentrarmi sul mio esame di Filologia. L’ispirazione è venuta mentre mangiavo un’albicocca :)

 

 

Ho usato il Rimmel Base Coat, Kiko n279, Kiko n280e il Essence Sealing Top Coat. Per fare i pois ho utilizzato il dotting tool.

  

 

 

Here is my mani for this week. It’s not difficult and time consuming since I have to concentrate on my Philology exam. The inspiration comes while eating an apricot :)

I used Rimmel Base Coat, Kiko n279, Kiko n280 and Essence Sealing Top Coat.

I used my dotting tool to make dots.

How I remove nail polish

 

 

Ciao! Questo post nasce da un consiglio richiesto dalle mie compagne di università che tempo fa mi chiesero come si potesse togliere lo smalto facilmente e velocemente, soprattutto se glitter. Quindi vorrei mostrarvi come faccio.

Prima della “scoperta” mettevo un po’ di solvente nel cotone e poi strofinavo furiosamente senza grandi risultati. Poi ho letto da qualche parte che il solvente perde la sua efficacia in quando fa presto ad evaporare. Quindi pensa e ripensa, infine ho trovato una soluzione!

 

Cosa serve:

1. il vostro solvente preferito (meglio se senza acetone)

2. del cotone

3. un guanto di plastica

 

Procedimento:

1. indossate il guanto di plastica in una mano

2. versate un po’ di solvente nel cotone

3. mettete il cotone su un unghia

4. avvolgete l’unghia e il cotone con la mano con il guanto e prestate attenzione di chiudere bene e non lasciare fessure che facciano entrare aria

5. aspettate circa 30 secondi (per gli smalti glitter anche di più)

6. gentilmente, facendo un po’ di pressione, fate slittare il cotone verso la fine dell’unghia

7. ripetete se necessario.

 

Allora? io mi trovo bene con questo metodo, fatemi sapere se vi sono stata utile :)

 

 

Hi :) Some of my uni friend asked me a quick and easy way to remove it, expecially when it is glittery.  I’d like to show you how I remove nail polish. I used to put some polish remover in cotton dishes and then furiously take it up and down along the nail without great results. Then I read somewhere in the net, that the problem is that the remover evaporates and looses his power. So I thought and thought and finally I have a solution!

 

What you will need:

1. your favourite polish remover (better if it is acetone free)

2. some cotton

3. a plastic glove

 

How to:

1. wear the plastic glove in your right hand

2. pour polish remover in the cotton

3. put the cotton on a polished nail

4. wrap the polished nail with the right hand and make sure of close well and not let the air come in, near the acetone

5. wait about 30 second (for glitter nail polish it colud take longer)

6. gently pull off the cotton with a little pression, going down, from cuticles to the end of the nail

7. repeat if necessary

Ho utilizzato il mio nuovo Rimmel Base Coat ( non fa le bolle !!), due passate di Eyeko Liliac Polish e poi ho fatto i fiori con i colori acrilici e ho aggiunto i brillantini… Che ne dite?

I used my new Rimmel Base Coat (it doesn’t make bubble!!), then two coats of Eyeko Liliac Polish and then I made the flowers design with acrilic paint and detailed with some rihnestones… hope you like it! :)

Micro Haul

Ecco qui le mie mini compere che ho fatto ieri!

 

 

Avevo bisogno di un base coat, dato che il mio Essence Sos Repair fa le bolle e lo odio! Quindi, quando son tornata a casa dall’uni, son andata all’ Acqua & Sapone per cercare un base coat non troppo costoso ma sono capitata in questo rosa carino di Quando è (0,99 €) e non ho saputo resistere! Poi ho trovato il base coat della Rimmel per circa 5 €. Qualcuna di voi lo usa? E’ buono? spero di sì!!

 

 

Ho ricevuto un piccolo omaggio con l’acquisto dello smalto Rimmel: una lima di vetro :) Ne ho già una e la uso regolarmente quindi terrò questa di scorta… :)

 

Sono felice di questa mini razzia che ho fatto :)

 

Here is a very micro haul I did yesterday :)

 

I needed a base coat since my Essence Sos Repair makes bubbles and I hate this!! So, when I came back from uni, I went to Acqua & Sapone looking for a not too expencive base coat but I came across this cool pink by Quando è at 0,99 € and I colud not resit!! Then I fuound this Rimmel base coat at 5 €. Does anyone use it? Is it good? I hope yes!

 

I had a little gift buying the base coat: a glass file :) I’ve already one and I use it regularly.

 

I’m happy for this mico haul… :)
