Breve riassuntino su come usare i water decals:
Quick reminder about how to use water decals:
1.Scegliete il design dal foglio
Choose the design from the sheet
2.Tagliate tutto attorno al design
Cut around the design
3.Usando delle pinzette, immergete per alcuni secondi nell’acqua il design ritagliato
Using tweezer, dip the cutted desing in some water for some seconds
4.Appoggiatelo sulla mano (il disegnino deve essere dalla parte della pelle)
Lay it dow on your hand (with the desing touching your skin)
5. Togliete il foglio e applicate il disegnino sull’unghia
Peel off the base and apply the design on the nail
6.Top coat

Come state? Spero che tutto vi stia andando bene :)
Oggi vi mostro una nail art semplice ma d’effetto! Avrete bisogno di due smalti, dei colori acrilici e un dotting tool oppure di un pennello a punta fine!
how are you? I hope everything is ok :)
Today I have an easy nail art for you! You’ll only need two nail polishes, some acrylic paint and a dotting tool or a thin brush!

 

I used:
- BYS Mosaic Plum
- Got Beauty black
- colori acrilici in bianco e blu/acrylic craft paint in white and blue
- un pennello dalla punta sottile o un dotting tool/a thin brush or a dotting tool
- potete usare del nastro adesivo per fare la french in diagonale (io l’ho fatta a mano libera)/you can use some tape too to make the diagonal french (I did it free hand)

Nail Art: Shall we go for a swim?

Dopo il fail della manicure astratta (che potete vedere qui, grazie per i commenti carinissimi che mi avete scritto!) ho deciso di usare lo stampino konad visto che avevo pooochissimo tempo a disposizione ed era da tanto che non lo usavo.
After the failed abstract mani (that you can see here, thanks for your lovely comments!) I decided to use Konad since it was years from the last stamped nail art and I had no much time.

I used:

BYS- N 147 Mosaic plum
Essence Glitter Top coat
Konad – white

Scusate, la foto fa pena: ero di fretta e son riuscita a farla dopo un paio di giorni (infatti potete vedere la crescita sopra e il bianco sotto)

Ero molto felice che avesse pensato a me e ho subito iniziato a pensare ad una manicure tenera ma semplice ed ecco i risultati! Se volete, posso fare un tutorial.
I was very happy and I started thinking about a cute but easy nail art and here is the result! If you are interested, I can do a tutorial :)

La mia nail art preferita tra queste è il fiocco! E’ venuto fuori abbastanza bene!

I used:

- Essence 27 That’s Life!
- BYS (I don’t know the name since the bottle has broken)
- Got Beauty white
- Basic flower stickers
- A thin brush

Penso che la prossima sarà coloratissima e astratta :) perfetta per la primavera!

Nail Art: Spring!

Hello girls!

Qui in Italia piove da lunedì scorso quindi ho deciso di creare una manicure colorata e gioiosa! L’ho vista un video stupendo di Robin Moses (mi raccomando, guardate il suo blog e il suo canale Youtube) e ho voluto provare a ricrearla.
Here in Italy has been raining since last Monday so I decided to make a colorful and cheerful nail art! I’ve seen this amazing video by Robin Moses (be sure to check out her blog here and her Youtube Channel here) and I wanted to try it!

Aww ho finito il mio Layla nero quindi ho usato Eyeko Indigo come base e qualche smalto violetto, rosa e azzurrino. Per farli risaltare ho utilizzato del bianco acrlico come base per i fiori.
Aww I’ve finished my Layla black so I used Eyeko Indigo as base then some purples, pink and baby blue polishes. To make them pop up I used white acrilyc craf paint as base for the flowers.

Cosa ne pensate? Com’è il tempo da voi?

Penso siano passate settimane dall’ultima volta che ho messo uno smalto viola quindi ho deciso di interrompere questo “digiuno” con il BYS Glittering Purple (giveaway di Sammy che ho vinto)
Long time no purples on my nails so i decided to put on this BYS Glittering Purple ( part of the package from Sammy’s giveaway that I won)

E’ un viola molto scuro con dei micro glitters.
It’s a very dark purple with micro glitters.

Una passata senza top coat.
One coat no top coat.

Sono abbastanza felice in questi giorni. La mia università offre connessione wifi gratuita agli studenti e ieri mi è (finalmente) arrivata la password! Così potrò connettermi grazie al mio Nokia 5800 e leggere i vostri blog anche nei tre giorni di lezione :)
I’m quite happy because my Uni offers free wifi connection and I hope I’ll be able to connect and read your cute blogs using my Nokia 5800 also during the three days of classes :)

Oggi vi mostro cos’ho fatto sulle unghie di Gisella. (ormai da tradizione) voleva qualcosa di rosa e tenero e veloce da fare (entrambe avevamo poco tempo).
Today I’ll show you Gisella’s nails. (As usually) she wanted something pink and cute and quick to do since we had not much free time.

 

I used: BYS – Liliac Bliss, BYS – Glittering Purple, gold micro beads by Viva la Nails, Essence – Sealing Top Coat.

 

La prossima manicure di Gisella sarà qualcosa di… “selvaggio”, perciò… siate pronte ;)

Come anticipato nel post precedente, ho aggiunto un motivo a merletto!  Ho utilizzato Sally Hansen 52 Wholesome Earth (quello di Sammy ) e il dotting tool.
As told in the previous post, I added a lace pattern! I used Sally Hansen 52 Wholesome Earth (By Sammy ) and a dotting tool.

 

Essendo il mio primo tentativo con il pizzo, ho optato per un design semplice.
Since it is my first attempt in lace designs, I decided to make an easy one.

Swatch - BYS Liliac Bliss

 

Questo smalto è uno di quelli mandati da Sammy  (se ve lo siete perso, leggete  questo post ) :)
Mi sono praticamente innamorata di questo colore: è molto carino e “dolce”, penso che si abbini abbastanza bene alla mia pelle.

This nail polish comes from Sammy  (if you missed, read this post). :)
Just felt in love with this shade: it’s very cute and sweet, I think it looks good with my skintone.

La stesura è semplice, la tenuta buona ( oggi è il quinto giorno e si è tolto solo un po’ sull’indice sinistro)
The application is easy, the held is good (today is the fifth day:only one little chip in my left index finger).

Sono felice che questo smalto sia capitato tra le mie mani!! Presto aggiungerò un motivo tipo ricamo/merletto per dargli un tocco più tenero e romantico :) <3
