Nail art: Leopard loves chocolate

Le mie unghie hanno digiunato abbastanza: da giorni non mettevo lo smalto quindi perché non interrompere questo periodo di “astinenza” con una nail art sui toni del cioccolato?? mmh che buono!
My nails have been naked for too much time so far (due to busy period), so why don’t stop this bad habit with an easy and chocolate colours nail art?

Veloce da eseguire (come m’impongono i tempi ristretti) ma d’effetto. Che dite? Vi piace? :)

Nail Art: Glitter explosion

Eccomi! Lunedì ho dato l’esame (accipicchia che difficile! Saprò il risultato in una settimana…speriamo bene!) e poi mi sono rilassata. Avevo bisogno di un po’ di tempo per ricaricare le batterie :) Ora sto meglio.
Here I am! On Monday I did my exam (it was very difficult… mmm I’ll know the result in a week. Finger crossed!) and then I realxed. I needed some time to charge my batteries :) Now I feel better.

What I used:
- Glitter Gal Dark Purple ---> swatched here x
- Got Beauty – black
- Nastro adesivo /Adhesive tape - Forbici/ scissors

- Nailside’s tutorial :)

Some tips:

1- Aspettate che lo smalto di base sia completamente asciutto
Wait until the base colour is completely dry
2- Se il vostro nastro adesivo è troppo "adesivo" e temete che rovini la base, attaccatelo un paio di volte alla pelle o ai vestiti: sarà meno appiccicoso
If your adhesive tape is too stiky, stick it one or two times on your skin or your clothes: now it will not damage the base
3- Una volta messo il secondo colore, aspettate un paio di secondi e poi sollevate lentamente e senza strappi in nastro adesivo
Once you've put the second colour, wait for a couple of seconds and then gently peel off the adhesive tape

Oggi vi mostro una nail art semplice ma d’effetto! Avrete bisogno di due smalti, dei colori acrilici e un dotting tool oppure di un pennello a punta fine!

Today I have an easy nail art for you! You’ll only need two nail polishes, some acrylic paint and a dotting tool or a thin brush!

 

I used:
- BYS Mosaic Plum
- Got Beauty black
- colori acrilici in bianco e blu/acrylic craft paint in white and blue
- un pennello dalla punta sottile o un dotting tool/a thin brush or a dotting tool
- potete usare del nastro adesivo per fare la french in diagonale (io l’ho fatta a mano libera)/you can use some tape too to make the diagonal french (I did it free hand)

Oggi niente smalti perchè voglio parlarvi di una palettina che mi ha dato molte soddisfazioni!
This is not a post about nail polish since I’d like to write about a little palette that I love!

Sto parlando di questa palette Got Beauty 4 Colori – Beverly Hills (la trovate all’Acqua & Sapone) che mi è stata regalata da Arianna. Mi sembra di averla vista anche nelle tonalità del marrone e del verde.
It was a present from Arianna, only Italian girls can buy it since it is not available abroad.

 

Come potete vedere, l’ho utilizzata abbastanza, eccetto il rosa più chiaro (non uso molto i rosa nel trucco).
As you can see, I use it pretty much (not the light pink: i’m not a pink girl)

(Quei piccoli puntini rosa dovrebbero essere dei teschi ma penso non siano molto facilmente riconoscibili
Those little pink dots should be little skulls but I think that it’s hard to understand…)

Fino ad ora le mie unghie non avevano mai indossato “vestito” da animale, perciò questa è la prima volta :)
I’ve never worn animal print mani so this is my first time!

Kiko n 263 come base e Got Beauty bianco per le strisce.
Penso di aver impiegato tre minuti a realizzare questo effetto tigrato :)
Kiko n 263 as base and Got Beauty white for the stripes.
I think it takes me about 3 minutes for the striped pattern!! :)

Ho fatto questa manicure ieri :) rapida ma favolosa!
I made this yesterday :) very fast but fab!

Ho utilizzato Emily Apricot e poi Got Beauty bianco. I graffi sono fatti con un pennello fine. Ho aggiunto delle stelline di Viva la Nails e ecco il risultato :)
I  used Emily Apricot and then Got Beauty white. The stripes are made with a thin brush. Just addes some Viva la Nails stars and here it is!

 

 

Oggi mi rifarò le unghie, quindi forse le posterò domani
Today I’m going to do my own nails, maybe I’ll post them tomorrow :)

NOTW - Cupcakes

 

 

Come anticipato nel post precedente, ho aggiunto un disegno alle mie unghie :)

 

 

Con un pennello a punta fine e un dotting tool ho fatto dei piccoli cupcakes.
Ho visto questo tutorial di 3TanjaJ3 ( è super, quindi correte a vedere le sue stupende creazioni!!) e ho voluto ricrearlo, dato che amo mangiare cupcakes e muffins!! :) <3

Smalti utilizzati: Kiko 295, Kiko 279, Chic rosa, Chic marrone glitterato, Chic nero, Got Beauty bianco, (questi ultimi due li ho utilizzati per schiarire o scurire gli altri).

 

 

As told in the previous post, I made something on my nails :)

With a small brush and a dotting tool I draw some little cupcakes.

I saw this tutorial by 3TanjaJ3 (she is super, so run and see her amazing creations!!) and I wanted to recreate it since I love eating cupcakes and muffins!! :) <3

Polishes: Kiko 295, Kiko 279, Chic pink, Chic glittery brown, Chic black, Got Beauty white, (I mixed the last ones with the others to darken and fade them).

ero stanca di questo colore uniforme, quindi ho deciso di aggiungerci qualcosa e... non so perchè ma ho pensato ai panda!! Quindi ecco la mia variante!

   



E' molto semplice da fare e il risultato è tenero :)
Ho preparato un tutorial così potrete ricrearlo sulle vostre unghie.

Cosa ci serve:
1-smalto trasparente (il mio è Chic)
2-smalto bianco (Got Beauty)3-smalto nero (Chic)4-foglio di plastica
5-dotting tool o qualcosa di simile
6-mina per matite o un ago


Step by step:
1-lasciate cadere due gocce di bianco sul foglio di plastica
2-con il dotting tool fate due piccoli pallini neri sulla goccia inferiore e due su quella superiore
3-con il dotting tool create gli arti superiori4-con la mina e lo smalto nero fate tre piccoli pallini (gli occhi e il naso). Se volete, sempre con la mina e lo smalto bianco, fare dei pallini più piccoli all'interno degli occhi
5-passate lo smalto trasparente
6-lasciate asciugare (un'ora o più, a seconda dello spessore)
7-gentilmente sollevate il panda e fissatelo all'unghia con il top coat



Se avessi avuto in image plate con dei bambù, li avrei stampati come sfondo... (ho provato a disegnarli a mano libera ma erano venuti fuori dei lunghi mostri verdi al posto dei bambù :P )


Hi! I was tired of the plain mani, so I decide to add something and... I don't know why, this colour made me thinking about pandas! So here it is!
It's very easy to do and the result is cute :)
I've made a tutorial so you can recreate this on your nails.

What we need:
1-clear polish (mine is Chic, cheap polish brand)
2-white polish (here is Got Beauty)
3-black polish (Chic again :] )
4-plastic sheet
5-dotting tool or something similar
6-a mine or a needle (for details)

Step by step:
1-drag two drops of white polish on the plastic sheet
2-with the dotting tool, using the black polish, make two little dots in the lower big dot and in the upper (they are the feet and the ears)
3-with the dotting tool, draw the upper limbs
4-using the mine and black polish, make little dots for eyes and nose. If you want, you can take some white polish and make smaller dots inside the eyes.
5-one coat of clear polish
6-let it dry (one hour or more, it depends on the thikness)
7-genlty peel off the panda and using top coat, seal it on your nail :)

If I had an IM with some bamboos I would have stamped as background... (I've try to paint it free hand but it was a green long monster instead of a bamboo :P )
